General provisions

“Moyabot – Martin Held” is an online service provided by Martin Held (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “Moyabot”).

These terms govern the relationship between the user and “Moyabot” and set out the user’s rights and obligations, as well as “Moyabot’s” obligations towards users, in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia.


Registration and data processing

“Moyabot” does not log user activity.

Service availability

We strive to provide the highest possible service availability and guarantee up to 99.5% availability.

Paying users receive compensation in the event of a service outage that exceeds the permitted monthly limit.


Subscriptions

Subscriptions are personal and may not be used by several people. In case of a violation of the rules, the account may be blocked.

Subscriptions are paid in advance and are activated upon receipt of payment.
Automatic renewal can be carried out via PayPal or bank card, and it can be turned off at any time by the user.


Prices and payments

All prices are stated in Armenian dram (AMD) and are final, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard, via PayPal or other available payment systems.


Refund policy

We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase.

A refund request must be submitted within 14 days by email or via support.

For certain payment methods (e.g. cash or cryptocurrency), refunds are not available due to applicable financial regulations.


Illegal use

Users are prohibited from using the service for illegal purposes.
In case of a violation of the rules, “Moyabot” has the right to block the account immediately, without compensation.


Limitation of liability

“Moyabot” is not liable for any damages, data loss or loss of income arising from the use of the service.


Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms.
In the event of material changes, users will be notified in an appropriate manner (e.g. by email or via the service).


Dispute resolution

Disputes arising from these terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
In the event of disagreements, disputes are subject to resolution in the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.
