Privacy policy

The protection of personal data is not merely a legal requirement for us, but a cornerstone of informational self-determination in a digital society. This policy describes what personal data we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights under the Republic of Armenia’s Law “On the Protection of Personal Data” (HO-49-N).

2. What data we process

  • Contact data: email address, Telegram username or identifier (ID) — for providing the service and for communication.
  • Payment data: payments are processed via PayPal. We do not store your full card details; they are processed securely by the payment service.
  • Technical data: the minimum technical information required to ensure the stability of the service. We do not log the websites you visit, DNS requests or traffic content (no-log policy). Our servers run on RAM.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

Your data is processed: (a) to perform the contract concluded with you (providing the service, processing payments, support), and (b) on the basis of your consent. Processing is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law “On the Protection of Personal Data”, solely for the stated purposes and to a proportionate extent.

4. Transfer of data to third parties

We do not sell your data and do not transfer it to third parties, except for the processors necessary to provide the service:

  • PayPal — payment processing;
  • Telegram — service delivery and communication;
  • Hosting provider — operation of the website and infrastructure.

Data may also be provided to competent state authorities, exclusively in the cases and in the manner established by law.

5. Retention period

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and to fulfill obligations established by law (including accounting and tax obligations). After that period, the data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

You have the right to: obtain information about your data, request its correction, updating or deletion, withdraw consent given, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, write to us at support@moyabot.app.

7. Data security

We apply organizational and technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss or misuse, including encryption and data minimization.

8. Cookies

The website uses technically necessary cookies to ensure proper operation. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

9. Supervisory authority

Supervision of the processing of personal data is carried out by the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. In the event of a violation of your rights, you have the right to contact this authority.
